Fra å ha stått altfor nære et stup, fylt av frykt og lidende under en total frakobling fra min indre stemme, til å nå ha æren av å veilede andre tilbake til å gjenopprette kontakt med sin indre stemme, har dette livet tatt mange vendinger og omveier. Og i dag er jeg så takknemlig for det.

Overview of selected courses and certifications:
I have been teaching yoga since completing my RYT200 training in 2015, and in the years since, I have participated in countless courses, workshops and trainings within yoga and other spiritual traditions. My yoga journey has had a special focus on the chakras, and I have taught chakra yoga courses for both larger and smaller groups, as well as for upcoming yoga instructors. In addition to chakra work, I like to teach vinyasa, flow, restorative and meditative yoga. I currently teach at my own studio in Oppdal, as well as at Chill Oppdal. In 2022, I became a "Recommended Reader" via DayLuna Human Design. Since then, I have given readings to people from all over the world, with the goal of helping them find their way forward in life, in touch with their unique gifts and their inner voice. In the same year, I completed the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) training developed by Dolores Cannon, and I am now actively working on conducting more sessions to achieve Level 2 certification. In 2024, I became a Contemplative Energy Work Practitioner through Lisa Erickson's Enlightened Energetics. This education gave me an even deeper insight into energy work and the chakras, which has further enriched my work.
