We are all born remembering our mission and why we are here. However, as we grow up, we may experience life in a way that causes us to forget. Trauma, conditioning, and fear may play important parts in us holding ourselves back from living our truest, highest expression of who we came here to be.

Human Design is an amazing tool to become aware of your natural gifts and abilities and shows you the person you were born to be in this lifetime. It is essentially a blueprint of your energy, specific to you, and can help unlock self-love, and self-awareness and heal the parts of yourself that you thought were faulty. It is a practical modality offering concise guidelines on how to manage your energy levels best, how to respond to different situations, and what gifts you are here to share. I offer Human Design readings on video or in person, and I would be honored to dive into your Human Design Chart with you!

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique© or QHHT© is a powerful modality developed by the late author and speaker Dolores Cannon. I offer in-person sessions following her technique, and it is a magical way to discover your past lives or different life experiences in a safe and comfortable setting that helps shed light on current situations in this lifetime. It can be deeply transformational and healing on physical, mental, and emotional levels, and I would love to connect with you if you're interested in learning more.
